About

Psychology, Coaching and Me

I’m Jasmina Miric, a master’s degree holder in psychology and a coach with a focus on personal development and mental health.

With over a decade of experience in healthcare and consulting, I’ve gained valuable insights into the connection between mental and physical health, as well as the complexities of human behavior, which I integrate into my work.

I take a personalized approach to supporting clients, fostering meaningful and sustainable progress in both personal and professional growth.

Alongside my dedication to psychology, I have a strong appreciation for writing and sport, particularly dance and diving, which align with my work in emphasizing the positive impact of physical activity on mental health.

Lobel Horvat and the Horvat Family

A coming-of-age novel written from the perspective of Lobel, a 13-year-old growing up in a dysfunctional family, where the parents are going through a “midlife crisis” and his 16-year-old sister is also experiencing the complexities of adolescence.

The narrative unfolds on two levels, as a young adult story and as a humorous yet sometimes satirical take on family life and interpersonal dynamics. This book, in its own way, also reflects my interest in understanding human behavior, relationships, and the challenges of personal growth.
